Lu Ju is the General Manager of Global Integrated Port Systems. Lu Ju is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in Port domain and solutions.

She leads the overall Operations of GIPS. Products, ITO, App support, Business Analysis departments are under her purview. With expertise in port domain, Lu Ju over the years have worked and developed several Terminal Operating Systems for different Ports – Container Billing System, Supplier Management System, Yard Operations & Monitoring, TOP+, Marine Billing systems, CTROMS and more.

Apart from excellence in Business expertise, Lu Ju also leads various Technical teams in the company.Lu Ju holds a Bachelor degree in Computer science and is a Project Management Professional (PMP).

Li Lin

Senior Manager

Li Lin is a Senior Manager in Global Integrated Port Systems. With over 15 years of expertise in Application Infrastructure, Li Lin leads the Technology and Infra structure departments of GIPS. Besides, Li Lin is also in charge of applied research teams.

Li Lin has Technical finesse in developing applications using weblogic platform and oracle DB and has played key role in developing Port solutions like Berth Planning and Monitoring System, Multipurpose Terminal, Yard Consolidation System, Marine staffing system and more.

Li Lin holds a Bachelor degree in Computer science and is a Project Management Professional (PMP).

Li Qiang

Senior Manager

Li Qiang is a Senior Manager in Global Integrated Port Systems. Li Qiang leads the Product team that serve as Terminal Operating Systems for various ports around the world.

Overall, Li Qiang has about 14+ years of experience in IT industry where he has played pivotal roles with implementation of TOS to many Port Terminals in the world like Mersin International, New Priok Container Terminal and more.

Li Qiang has a Bachelor degree in Computer science.

Xu Haifeng

Manager

Xu Haifeng is a Manager in Global Integrated Port Systems. Haifeng leads the Quality Assurance & Process Improvement departments in GIPS. Besides, Haifeng also takes care of Training programs in the company.

Haifeng has an experience of around 15 years in the IT industry. Haifeng has extensive experience in Project Management and is currently driving the EPG (Enterprise Project Group) in improving company standards towards CMMi. Hai Feng has worked on number of critical Terminal Operating system implementations as well.

Haifeng holds a Bachelor degree in Computer science and a Project Management Professional. She also is Business English Certified from BEC Vantage (Cambridge Business English Certification).
